- Only drink water.
- Eat five itty-bitty meals/snacks rather than three big meals.
- Suck on mints to curb appetite.
- Avoid carbs!
- Meat, fruit and veggies are the go-to.
- Absolutely NO fast food.
- Eat off of small plates to avoid overstocking your plate.
- For dessert, I have a glass of chocolate milk to satisfy my sweet tooth without killing my calorie count.
