  • Eat five itty-bitty meals/snacks rather than three big meals.
  • Suck on mints to curb appetite.
  • Avoid carbs!
  • Meat, fruit and veggies are the go-to.
  • Absolutely NO fast food.
  • Eat off of small plates to avoid overstocking your plate.
  • For dessert, I have a glass of chocolate milk to satisfy my sweet tooth without killing my calorie count.
