- Morning: Glass of water
Breakfast: (vitamins, supplements and meds)- Snack: Water again
Lunch- Dinner: About 3-4 bites of whatever is served or sitting around
Dessert
I don’t count calories. My theory is strictly fasting and drinking and taking vitamins for any supplement your body desperately needs. Eating ONLY a couple bites a DAY ensures that I am consuming very little calories.
(I personally don’t suggest eating during dinner and eat during breakfast or lunch instead but I’ve been in such a bad habit of not eating breakfast or lunch since I was in middle school so I can’t even stomach anything in the early hours.)
Anyway, this is what works for me and I’ve had requests for tips and more info on my own journey, this doesn’t work for everyone and shouldn’t be tried by anyone ever
