🥀1. Put off binging. This one is really helpful because by telling yourself you’ll binge later, you have time to realize that its not worth it.
🥀2. Draw on by yourself. I find this one useful when I watch TV or am in class because it keeps my mind and hands occupied so I can’t eat.
🥀3. Drink fruit and vegetable infused water. Not only will it help prevent binges but it has great properties such as being a great detox. You can also reward yourself with the fruit after you drink your goal amount of water.
🥀4. Masturbate. Ok ok, here me out. It distracts you and also burns a lot of calories. At the same time, it fulfills a natural desire similar to hunger.
🥀5. Build a binge prevention kit. Include things like apple cider vinegar, nail polish, your favourite thinspo, water and safe foods.
🥀6. Remind yourself, you are in control. This body doesn’t control you. You control it.
🥀7. Isolate the reasons behind your binge. Write them down. It’ll help you realize how pointless a binge would be.
🥀8. If you’re artistic, draw about you ED. I hear its super therapeutic.
🥀9. Don’t bring your debit or credit with you when you go out. You’ll save money and your waistline.
🥀10. Habits take around 21 days to break. Count the days until then. Don’t give up.
