🍼pickles! they’re super low cal for a large amount (7 calories per pickle) and you can snack on sliced pickles like chips (i know it sounds dumb but trust me, it helps curb a lot of my cravings)!
🍼strawberries, of course! one strawberry is only 4 calories!
