🍃 Eat less than 1000 cals a day
🍃 Lose 5-10 lbs
🍃 Workout for at least 15 mins a day
🍃 Bring mile time to at least 12-14 mins
🍃 Eat more fruit if anything
🍃 Walk at least 10,000 steps a day
🍃 Write out calories and how I feel for the day
🍃 Avoid eating out or at least halfing my protions (eating out and finners with family)
