🎃Eating less🎃
It’s become way easier for me over the last week or so to eat less. ANd it’s not like I only eat fruit too; I eat cupcakes, rice cakes, cliff bars, etc and still stay under 1,000. I do it by not eating in the morning and instead drinking water sometimes with lemon or apple cider vinegar(it tastes so good to me) and then for lunch a bag of chips(100 calories) and then for dinner I have a bunch of calories left usually spent on like a cliff bar, fruit, soup, etc. You just have to plan ahead and it gets easier I promise.
