My list of rules starting October 11th:
1. Get up at 8am and immedietly drink water, green tea, then do some yoga, squats & ab exercises, and/or go for a run as long and as hard I can.
2. Wash your face every morning and night, and use masks once or twice a week. DO NOT PICK. IT JUST MAKES IT WORSE.
3. Weigh yourself every Monday morning after using the bathroom and before breakfast, then take a body check photo (no sucking in).
4. Workout 2-4+ times a week for 30 minutes-1 hour.
5. Eat 1,000 HEALTHY calories (max.) on a small plate, chewing slowly. Anything over and you must burn them off immedietly.
6. Track ALL calories on MyFitnessPal and complete the food diary by 7pm.
7. Drink 10-12 full glasses of water daily, and avoid fizzy, sugary, empty calorie drinks.
8. Drink water before and during every meal, and eat more veggies & protein!!!
9. Cheat days twice a month, but don’t NEVER going over 1,300 calories.
10. Whenever you feel like binging, look at this blog. Workout. Chew gum. Brush your teeth. Drink green tea, or a glass of water. If you’re still hungry grab a fruit or veggie.
Just think about how much hotter you’ll be when you’re thinner👙You got this!💪💟
